Admission Requirements

There is no entrance exam for after-school program enrollment. After an interview with your family, we will explain the school's daily routine and rules.
Any family that agrees with the philosophy of PV International Afterschool is welcome to enroll.

Procedure

Your enrollment will be granted upon submission of your application form and payment of the enrollment fees.
Visitors are required to make a reservation before coming.
Viewings are available on weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
We will provide you with a complete set of enrollment materials during your visit.
After filling out the application form, please submit it and pay the enrollment fees.

You will be admitted to the school.

Pricing Information

Sibling discount system

■ We offer a discount for siblings who enroll in both Nursery School and After School. For the enrollment fee, After School enrollment is free, and the oldest child receives a 10% discount on tuition. For the third child and subsequent children, the enrollment fee is also free, and a 10% discount applies to all tuition. The enrollment fee discount applies regardless of the enrollment period.

Transfer system

■Students attending after-school programs can make up their classes within the same month by submitting their request to the school by the day before. (Make-up classes cannot be scheduled for Saturdays.)

Shuttle service

■ A pick-up and drop-off service is available for after-school programs. This service is available for students attending programs in the Hinode, Akemi, and Takasu areas. Pick-up will be from the after-school facility at each school, and drop-off will be at the nearest bus stop. Please inquire for details.

入室お知らせメール

■ We will send you "entry stamps" and "exit stamps" via LINE when your child arrives at and leaves school, whether by pick-up/drop-off service or walking. We will notify you of your child's arrival and departure from school each day via LINE stamps.
